Our aim is to establish a climate that encourages a genuine partnership where parent and staff encourage and support each other in the interest of the children.

Parents/carers are encouraged to become involved in a wide range of activities, including opportunities to participate in the classroom, working with the children or helping the teacher, or in a more community oriented capacity.

Assemblies:

Assemblies form an important part of the school life as they give the whole community a chance to come together and celebrate who we are and what is happening in the school.

We have two quite different forms of assembly. Every second week on a Monday morning at 9am we gather to share the Gospel, hear an address by the Principal, and share a quiet reflection together.

The alternate assemblies are also held on Mondays but at 2.30pm, and allow the various grade levels to present and share some of their learning. Special Values Certificates are presented to children who have demonstrated, through their actions, an understanding of a particular value.

The weekly Newsletter sets out the assembly schedule from week to week. Assemblies are held in the Multi-Purpose Area of the main building with parents/carers and siblings most welcome to attend.
